Moraea macronyx
Although some features (e.g. the leaves) do not entirely match the drawings in "Moraeas of Southern Africa"
(Peter Goldblatt 1986) I do take this specimen to be Moraea macronyx  based on the long tepal claws.
Please comment if you like - I am by no means a Moraea expert. Photograph taken about 30 km south west of Oudtshoorn en route Paardebont.
