According to Sanbi (KBG) these plants occur in the wild near Worcester. The flowers are red but never mature. It appears to be a natural cross between Tulista pumila and a local Gasteria sp. (Gasteria retusa ?)
The plants look similar to the artificially created XGasterhaworthia "Royal Highness"
I could not find further information regarding these plants. If indeed they originate from the wild they would be in need of a scientific name. I am still awaiting information from Sanbi to confirm their origin.
